I don't usually bother to write reviews but these guys are amazing! Kevin installed a new toilet for me that I bought from Lowes. It turned out that the toilet was damaged and had a leak so he came back to try to fix it. When it couldn't be fixed I bought a new one and he came over to take out the defective one and install the second one even though he had already put in a full day's work somewhere else--all for the original installation price. In the past, Kyle (Kevin's son) has helped me out with other stuff and he was equally wonderful. I think this is the first time I've worked with plumbers that I have absolute trust in--I know they will do a great job and they won't try to get me to do unnecessary work or pay more than I have to like some folks I have hired in the past. They are just sincerely nice guys (a father/son team) who take pride in their work. I can't recommend them enough--if I could give them more stars I would.

I really appreciate getting done on a Sunday. If only the City had been as responsive. Advice? Never use email or the City of Columbia web portal. That system is broken. Always call in the issue.

I had a water connection line extended to a location in my house where I am placing a second refrigerator. I received an appointment within three days, and the plumber (Kyle Tidwell) did an estimate and performed the work on the same day. He did a superb job, including cleaning up the affected areas afterwards, as some pieces of drywall had to be removed to extend and connect the line. He was prompt, courteous as well as efficient throughout.

Kyle was very professional. He arrived in a timely mannered and had my leaked fixed in no time for a reasonable price. 10/10 will use again.
